Walls and fences in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

On December 5th, the Amsterdam docked at Cabo San Lucas and so Jer and I went exploring in the town. It has an eclectic mix of crumbling-but-newly painted buildings and big fancy resort hotels, and of course all kinds of shops catering to tourists.
Jer, checking out a map of Cabo San Lucas in a plaza near the port. It had an interesting set of curving open walls, very attractive.
We came across this uniqely decorated chain link fence...creatively woven with bamboo(?) to disguise it as well as to make greater privacy for the property owners. Good use of available materials!
A zoomed-out view of the fence...another photo of Pat-in-front-of. Holland America Line gave each passenger a HAL cloth bag with their (HAL's) name and logo boldly printed on it so that no one would know we were tourists.
This is a beautiful mosaic wall with a waterfall flowing down over it, in front of one of the big fancy hotels.
Oh, by the way, the musical combo aboard the ship was called "The HAL Cats." They played at all the shows in the evenings.
Sailing away from Cabo San Lucas, headed for Acapulco.
