Chile Relleno Hors D'ouvres

So...Did you make anything special for watching the Super Bowl today? This was my contribution (cut up into little squares):
Chile Relleno hors d'oeuvres

10 eggs
1/2 cup (237 ml) flour
1 tsp (5 ml) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) salt
1 pint (473 ml) small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. (454 gms) shredded jack cheese
1/2 cup (125 gms) butter, melted
2 cans (4 oz. each) (totalling 250 gms) diced green chilies

Beat eggs well.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, jack cheese, and melted butter, blending smoothly. Stir in chilies.
Pour into well-buttered 9" by 13" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it is golden brown.
It makes 10 to 12 servings.

There will be a big group of people at our friends, Mike and Susie's house today. These hors d'ouvres have been a big hit before, so I expect they will be again today. I'm not really into watching football, but I'll be a good sport and go to the party and try to follow the game. But, I must confess, I'm looking forward more to watching the commercials because they are usually very clever and funny.
