Oh I love those wispy clouds! They do look like angels hair indeed! Maybe even angels in flight...
I just love the high whispy clouds.
These are great! The title is so fitting - it is like the angels just zoomed on by.
Feel free to visit me: Picture This . . .
Fantastic shots. What a variety.
What attractive patterns of the clouds in the blue skies! Lovely sequence of pictures!
What a wonderful series of sky shots! Beautiful details.
I know what I'll be humming all evening now :). Lovely pictures, and of course perfectly suited to the captions.
Robin: LOL---I love that song.
Beautiful clouds and sky of earth. The clouds feel so uniting and bubbly. I love the way you have deciphered them.
Ana: Thank you for your many comments today on my last several posts.
Beautiful sky, beautiful photos.
I'm hearing the song in my head now but it's Joni Mitchell I'm hearing.
It looks as if the clouds are playing charades in the sky. Nice pictures!
OH,WOW!Gorgeous!
Blessings,Ruth
I like Joni Mitchell's version of that song as well, it fits your pictures.
L: Oops, did I get the singer's name wrong? Oh, is my face red!
Oh those are some gorgeous happy wispy summer clouds. We're stuck with grey fall rain mist clouds right now. Dreary. I like yours much better!
WoW...Simply beautifully captured shots....lovely!
I corrected the singer/songwriter's name!
Canvases in the sky! It's all I see these days; beautiful formations in the sky!
Michelle: I'm sorry to hear you have dreary skies right now. The problem with never having rain in the summer here is that the brush gets so tinder dry that the danger of forest fires and brush fires is very high.
Pat, you were right the first time, Judy Collins is more associated with the song, I think her version was a hit.
Joni Mitchell does too.
It's just personal preference :)
That song does go perfectly with the wispy clouds. I like your poppy pictures, too.
L: Thanks for the info. I just remembered sitting on the grass with my hub and little boys in San Diego and listening to Judy Collins sing that song in 1983.
Great post! The pictures go with the song perfectly...I think I am getting that song stuck in my head!
